I've worked with Dave over the past 20 years while I have worked at Waters Corporation. We have done many millions of dollars in business with several of his principals. We communicate our needs with Dave and he is able to follow up with principals to ensure tooling is on budget and on time. Dave also works with our engineers to prepare his principals for what is coming and what the technical issues are that the engineers are designing in to their parts to ensure they are manufacturable. Dave has offered alternate processes such as 3D manufactured parts or cast urethane parts for Beta or per-production when timelines do not allow for lead-times to build and qualify new molds.
