Cast Urethane Molding

 

  • 94V-0 rated polyurethane.
  • Clear and tinted Resins.
  • Up to 200 Parts per year.
  • Masters are produced Using CNC machining or FDM.
  • Cores and cavities are poured RTV silicone rubber lasting 20-25 parts.
  • Low pressure process results in better dimensional stability and part to part consistency.
  • A wide variety of durometers available, as well as, rigid materials.
  • Part finishing includes painting, EMI/RFI shielding, decorating and vapor polishing.
